Parts and accessories are available for purchase on our website.
To start the warranty process, please fill out a warranty claim form on our website, or click here www.pelicansport.com/warranty.
In regular hours, warranties are usually processed within 48h to 72 hours, and shipped to be expected by you in 7 to 10 business days.

To follow up on an order made on our website: a tracking will usually have been sent to you through email. Make sure to check your Spam inbox, in case it falls in there. If that is not the case, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order confirmation number.
To help you locate a part: you can access a list of compatible parts at www.pelicansport.com/mypelican by entering your Serial Number ( ZEP-5 numbers- 1 letter- 3 numbers) located on the back right side of your kayak/boat. If you need additional help, please send us an email at email@example.com with your serial number.
CAN I PURCHASE DIRECT FROM YOU?
We are a manufacturing facility and not open to the public: kayaks or boats cannot be bought directly from us. Please use the dealer locator on our website to contact dealers for any requests on inventory/availability.
MANUFACTURER STATEMENT OF ORIGIN( MSO)
The law in your state may require you to get a title to register your kayaks/boat, for which you will need a Manufacturer Statement of Origin ( MSO). You can either fill out your own by clicking here, or if you need one generated by Pelican, please send us an email with the serial number of your product (ZEP-5 numbers-1 letter- 3 numbers), and we will gladly forward one to you to print out. PLEASE NOTE every state is different; you might want to give a call to your local DMV to check what is needed for registration.

Usual delays for you to receive your order once you process is 7 to 10 business days.
I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL, CAN I FIND A REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We still carry parts for an older model, but to check compatibility, you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. By forwarding us your serial number and a picture of your product, an agent will be able to send you a list of compatible parts to start your search. Please note we might not carry parts older than a few years, and some parts might have been discontinued. We will do our best to answer your request.
CAN MY KAYAK/BOAT BE USED ON THE OCEAN, OR RIVERS.
Our kayaks and boats are recreational, which means you should always see the shore and be at a safe distance for you to swim back with your kayak in case of capsizing. Our products are meant to be used on calm waters.
REPAIR A HOLE IN MY HULL
Our products are made of RAMX which is made of HDPE (High-Density Polyethelene). To repair such damage, the hull will need to be welded. You can contact www.polyvance.com / 1-800-633-3047 to get more information on this type of repair, or get in touch with a local welder.
THERE ARE STYROFOAM BLOCKS IN MY KAYAK, DO I NEED TO TAKE THEM OUT?
DO NOT TAKE OUT THE STYROFOAM FROM YOUR KAYAK. These blocks act as flotation in case of capsizing and will keep your kayak at the surface of the water if it is filled with water.
