What is our return policy?
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, no question asked!
The only products for which you cannot benefit from an exchange or a refund are those in the Liquidation section marked "Final sale" in their description.
- You can expect a refund on your credit card within 7 to 14 business days following the reception of your return. It may take 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement
- You are responsible for all fees associated with the return of your product(s). The method of transportation is of your choice
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
How to request a return or exchange?
To request a return authorisation, send us an email at email@example.com or call our Customer Service direct line at 1-888-669-6960 (8:30am - 5pm EST)
We recommend placing your replacement order as soon as possible and not wait for your return to be processed as these 2 transactions are treated separately.
Once your request for a return is approved and you have received your RMA#:
- Use the original packaging when possible
- Package the return shipment securely
- Remove or cover all old labels and barcodes
- Cut the bottom portion of the return authorization and affix it to the outside of the return package
