Pelican International Inc. promises to process any on-line purchase made via its site within 8 hours after the order is taken.

If the product is not available, we shall contact you by e-mail to let you know when the order can be filled.

We promise to deliver the merchandise ordered to the delivery address you give when making your purchase. Delivery time will vary depending on destination and means of transportation. In North America, you can expect delivery within 7 to 14 days.

You have 10 days to return a purchase, without the obligation to state a reason or pay a penalty. However, you must pay the return postage unless the merchandise delivered was not what you ordered or was damaged or defective when received. The 10-day period of grace is calculated based on the reception and return dates marked on the waybills.

Our exchange policy is governed by the same rules. Articles cannot be returned if they have been broken or damaged owing to incorrect or abusive use. Nor can articles be returned once the 10-day period of grace for returns has expired. Your account will be credited as soon as the product is received along with the acknowledgement of receipt we shall e-mail you after the transaction is concluded. In case any dispute or litigation should arise between the parties, they will make every effort to reach a negotiated agreement. We promise to handle all the personal information entrusted to us in accordance with the principles laid down by the Quebec Consumer Protection Office. The personal information requested is thus limited to that strictly necessary for filling the order.
