Affected hitches have a screw and washer assembly.
Due to vibration during towing, the screw could become loose and fall off,
detaching from the towing vehicle and causing serious injury or death.
Stop using the hitch to tow the sled immediately and contact
Pelican International to arrange for a free replacement kit.
Do not use the hitch until the replacement kit is installed.
