Pelican International Appoints Toros Dimitian as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Laval, Quebec, Canada, July 13, 2016 – Pelican International, the world’s largest plastic boat manufacturer of kayaks, stand up paddle boards, canoes, fishing boats, pedal boats and utility sleds, is pleased to announce the appointment of Toros Dimitian to the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. 

This key announcement is part of the company’s continued growth strategy. It follows the spring 2016 announcement and opening of a second manufacturing location in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec.   

Most recently, Mr. Dimitian served as Vice President and General Manager for North America with Hush Puppies Canada, a Wolverine Worldwide company. Prior, Mr. Dimitian held several other upper level management positions within Wolverine Worldwide.
